Create an account with just your last name, birthday, and any existing prescription number. Then you can add all of your family members for quick access to all of their prescriptions. There is no charge to you to download or use AgeVital Mobile.
Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
